Self-test terms of use

Version 1.0, Last updated 29 October 2026

This is a translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

These terms apply to the free self-test on the website of Suploris. The provider is Neuralis GmbH i.G.. By starting a test, you accept these terms.

1. What the self-test does

The self-test reads publicly visible information about a domain. This includes DNS records, the certificate and the response of the home page. It does not look for open ports, does not try any logins and does not fill in forms. You can find the details on the information page.

2. Permitted use

  • Only check domains of your own company or of your business partners.
  • Only start tests through the form on the website.
  • Do not bypass any limits or the bot protection.
  • Do not use results to disparage or attack third parties.

If you breach these rules, we can refuse tests or block sources.

3. Limits

Each source can run at most 10 tests per hour and 30 per day. We check the same domain again at most once per hour. Otherwise, we show the stored result.

4. Significance

The result is a snapshot from the outside. It does not replace a full assessment of a supplier. We show the rule set and its version with every result.

5. Results

Results can only be reached through a random link. Search engines do not index them. We delete them after 7 days.

6. Objection by domain owners

Owners of a domain can object to the check. We then add the domain to our exclusion list.

7. Liability

The self-test is free of charge. We are not liable for slight negligence. This does not apply to personal injury. We do not guarantee any particular availability.

8. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
